What is It?

Penjin3D is the 3D counterpart to Penjin, using OpenGL as a base instead of SDL(SDL is used for input handling, however). It designed to be very similar and easy to use as Penjin where possible.

Status

Penjin3D is currently being developed, and it is intended to integrate Bullet physics and Wiimote support for our upcoming Dare To Be Digital competition entry. The current aim is to have Atrox running in the Penjin3D framework as proof of concept.

Many aspects of Penjin have come from lessons learnt in creating PKAGE. Improvements in handling States were made by looking at what the Atrox was doing right and a…

A programmable sound effect “key chain”. Uses a simple scripting system to assign sound effects to the buttons on the GP2X.

Uses Penjin, My framework game engine codebase.

How to use it?

SoundBox uses a simple scripting system to assign sounds to the GP2X keys. Commands are written capitalised and lines should be terminated with a semi-colon. Comments may be placed after a semi-colon.The first place to check is SoundList.txt.
